The key to producing healthy beef is by having healthy animals living off healthy land. Our cattle spend time on the pasture grazing on the green grass as well as fed a vegetarian feed with a combination of forages and grain. All our cattle have access to fresh clean water and graze off the Canadian prairie pastures when weather permits. All of our Angus cattle are raised without the use of antibiotics, added hormones or steroids. By incorporating the practice of slower, methodical feeding, we know that we can maintain a year round supply of fresh quality beef that consistently meets the high standards our customers expect.

The first Angus cattle arrived in Canada in the 1860s but their history stretches back to the 1500s in the countries of Aberdeenshire and Angusshine in northeast Scotland. Thanks to superior genetics, healthy environmental and growing conditions and industry support, Canadian Angus cattle are the number one registered breed in Canada.


You will find our cattle outside for a period of time on grasslands across Western Canada in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Each one of our animals is individually hand-picked and cared for throughout their entire life.


All of our cattle are processed under scrutiny of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) which monitors production, protocol and procedure. This guarantees that our customers receive the world’s highest quality Angus beef with greater tenderness, delicious flavour and improved texture.



Heritage Angus beef is certified Halal by IFANCC.
